Lions Mane (Hericium) are beautiful, delicious, delicate and have a wonderful seafood / crab flavor and texture that can easily be substituted for seafood. They are high in vitamins and minerals and also contain specific compounds which are believed to help with multiple health benefits such as enhancing brain function, boosting your immune system and assisting in controlling high blood sugar levels, to name a few. As some mushrooms can be eaten raw, it is highly recommended that gourmet mushrooms be cooked from 140° - 160° Fahrenheit, prior to consumption.

Our Mission is to produce and sell the highest quality gourmet mushrooms, while remaining 100% chemical free. Our mushrooms are grown in a Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA) year-round indoor facility and provide a rich, low-calorie source of fiber, protein, and antioxidants.
